TV mount

Does anyone know where I can get just the part of the TV mount that attaches to the wall? I would like to be able to move the TV and swing arm somewhere else (my bedroom at home for example).
Thanks
Barton

I have always used a 12v television in my Escapes, allows me use while unhooked. Do you use 12v at home? They do make dual tv stands where you can move the tv itself, like from front to rear.Something to think about when making your purchase.

We ordered two wall mounts from ETI when we ordered our 21. So, in 2014, they had extra wall mounts available. Still might.

I too like the idea of two places to potentially view the TV so had two outlets wired in. I bought myself the same arm and mount Escape uses, but a kit with two mounts, one for the loft, and one for the dinette, as we are not sure where we will watch most. But if you already have one, I would do as Vella suggested and contact Escape to see if they have additional mounts/

When we ordered the Escape, I asked for two sets and I had ETI mount the docking station from the 2nd set. I have the arm as a spare.

Amazon sells the same unit for $54.83, and it comes with two docking stations.
Maybe you could keep one docking station and sell the arm + one docking station to recover some of your expense.

Ordered the same mount ETI uses from Amazon last year; came with two wall mount bracket supports.

Did you use the 2 1/2 inch screws to mount? I'm thinking they may be too long.

Nothing in your Escape needs a 2.5" long screw, it will definitely be too long and penetrate the other surface, interior or exterior. there are studs in the walls and corners, find them and use shorter screws, no more than 1 to 1.5 " screw is needed.

Current price on Amazon is $47.79 with two docking stations (use Fred's link above). I just ordered one.

I mounted ours in our 21' on a reinforced wall (between closet and drawer stack) by drilling holes all the way through the reinforced wall and using bolts with large fender washers and lock nuts. The washers and lock nuts are inside the microwave cabinet where they are not seen. The thermostat wires go laterally straight out to the side wall, so watch out for those if you drill to the right of the thermostat.
