Vertical board staples
The vertical board on the right side in the cupboard over the wheel well below the furnace in our 2016 21' has separated from the front board. I will try and upload my photos.

There's not much holding it in to begin with. I pulled a similar piece in mine out with my fingers without damaging it. Just a few small staples and a couple of dabs of glue.

I assume that the heater will have to be removed in order to repair it?? I will send the picture to ETI to get their opinion. Thanks, Ron.

You could try and reattach the trim with short trim screws.
Drill some small holes in the trim and into the face frame then screw the trim in place with a battery drill and putty the holes .
The screws require a #10 tip and are hardened and coated for rust resistance. I use them when building cabinets or installing trim.
Much better than nails or staples because they do not work there way loose and you don't damage the trim or end up with hammer marks.

Vertical board staples
Welcome to the forum. Our own experience with trailers, plus talking with countless other owners, has convinced me you would be exceptionally lucky not to have a few minor issues to fix on a new trailer, even an Escape. We just stopped by ETI a week ago to get about 6 minor problems addressed on our year old Escape 21. We had more issues with our 2002 Nash trailer and more serious to boot (like discovering two years on that one of the 4 brakes had never been working due to a wiring issue and a hot water heater that always blew out in the wind). ETI has recently hired a fellow named Nigel with experience in Quality Management (in a big box store according to Tammy). I think they are on the right track, especially as they are expanding their operation. Nigel looked our trailer over for other possible issues based on their experience and found another minor issue they repaired during our 1 hour stay. (Lino joint by 21's furnace cabinet needed a cap strip). The huge difference between Escape and other manufacturers is the direct communication with their experts, including the owners/designers of the trailers. Oh, then there is the two year warranty, when most trailers come with only 1 year.
I worked in a hospital lab as a supervisor for 35 years and can tell you horror stories about the errors that occur with complex systems. I can just imagine how challenging it is to train staff to do a lot of different procedures in manufacturing these trailers and also cross training them to cover for illness and vacation. Despite ETI hiring a QM guy, there will always be problems, even with fairly new Escapes. Both our awning support handles had broken springs due to a bad batch. The hardware came from a reputable trailer awning manufacturer, but they clearly have quality issues. Sorry for the long-winded response. I see a lot of people who are surprised to have issues with a new trailer and decided to use your comment to address what I believe are unrealistic expectations and to share the news of ETI hiring Nigel.

We have an appt with ETI to repair this and they will do an outstanding job. We had minor issues with our past little fiberglass trailer, and we are fortunate that Tammy and Reace are so dang conscientious and back up any issues on their trailers. Not so with some other trailer companies....

Have you ever followed a travel trailer as it's going down the road? These things are like moving/jumping earthquakes. It's a wonder all the interior screws don't back out and the cupboard doors, etc. don't fall off. I'm just grateful when I get where I'm going the paper towels are still on the roll.

Especially on some of the washboard roads we recently travelled, not to mention a speed bump I hit far too fast.

You're absolutely right, Donna. I'm thinking that I need to rethink my storage options. (Or buy smaller booze bottles for that area...?)

Well said, Bob. Cars frequently, and houses generally, cost much more and often have significantly more issues. And it's the "standing behind the product" that distinguishes ETI.

I would go with "rethink my storage options" Carla Jean.

This is so true, and one of the reasons that a hard shelled moulded fibreglass trailer will outlast a stick built one.

Are you crazy? Strike that second option of the list immediately.
I am sure you must have typed it in a moment of weakness.

Carla Jean, if you downsize your bottles we can "store" the larger ones for you.
