I recall seeing a discussion about one time only registration fee for Washington state trailers. Any information would be helpful.
Not sure I understand your question, but I was able to register my 19' and pay taxes, registration fees, and get my plates prior to taking delivery. After that, it's just a matter of paying for your tabs every year (just like cars).

My recollection is that it would be a stretch to try to fulfill the requirements. It will be valid for parade floats that are occasionally used for camping ( or something like that ).

That's what I thought reading it but I asked the DOL person when I registered my 15 and she said she thought it was going to be all small trailers, but they didn't have anything official yet other than that it was coming.
