Water Issue after winterizing - thanks in advance for help

Hello,

We have never had any issues winterizing for 3 years. This year I winterized our 21 in Nov, headed out then out for Florida 3 days ago. I screwed the fresh water line to the camper to shortly learn the water is somehow getting into the fresh water tank. Thoughts? I double checked the lines/valves and everything is correct. How would you troubleshoot this or replace first?
Thanks, Craig

There is a check valve in the water pump that can cause this. You could probably do a search on it here, it's come up before.

Here's one... http://www.escapeforum.org/forums/f7...ater-7793.html

Check valve in the pump is probably hung up. Some have had luck with depressurizing system (disconnect city water and open tap) and then running a few gallons of water through the pump. Then turn pump off and open tap again to depressurize. Close tap and reconnect city water. Hopefully this stops the backflow of water through the pump to the tank.
