Where does your dog sleep in Escape 19?

Hi,

Still waiting on my Dr.'s OK (knee surgery) to take my first trip with my new to me Escape 19. Until then, I occasionally sit in my trailer thinking about what goes where. I have not settled on where my 45 pound border collie will sleep. In the Casita, her bed fit under the bed-a perfect cubby hole. Once she was set up, I never had to move her bed and she loved going into her "den".

Now some of you will say, on the bed with me, of course, but this girl does not like sleeping on the bed and would rather have her own. So, where does your dog sleep?

Oh, the details!

Can't wait to get going!

Mary

You could open the doors and put her bed under your bed, my 2 labs sleep in the aisle in dog beds...

Ours sleeps under the dining table, just in front of the post. Still room enough to open bathroom door.

At home our Boston sleeps where ever he drags his two beds. He drags them to a different location every night and then stacks them. In the trailer, remarkably, he stays put just in front of the table.

Our terrier/dachshund mix sleeps in his bed, under the dinette.

Well, in theory anyways. In practice, he usually ends upon the bed with us, somehow taking up the most room despite being a whopping 19lbs.

Our Border Collie (45 lbs) and Spaniel (20 lbs) sleep on the dinette at night. Because our table slides front to back, we bring the table all the way forward and line the bench seats with their blankets. That way, they're off the cold floor and usually sleep through the night. (Although, when it's warm, the B.C. prefers to sleep on a rug on the floor.)
