I'm glad to learn that your ZG chairs can travel this way. If I turn my front diner into a semi-permanent, single bed, my chair may do as well. Worth a try, thanks! [/QUOTE]

No you put it on the free tarp. And nobody wanted it. I used the tubing and webbing for tomato cages.

We have a 5.0 fifth wheel. As my wife’s back loves her chair, ( an original Lafuma), they go with us. In our case they go in the back of the truck and are locked down. The pillows, which dry slowly, are in the back seat. We recently looked at chairs that pack up tighter, but decided we like these better.

We have traveled with them in the camper, taking them out at night. We put them in the isle and bunged them down. I prefer not traveling with them in the camper.

You just have to deal with the choices. We for example, carry fewer tools and no grill. On the other side we do carry a rotating waffle iron and the chairs. It just depends on what floats your boat.

Yes, and my back says, "Please, please, please!"

No pain no gain.

Sometimes you have to trade pains. For example lifting my hitch or paying someone else to lift it. Either way it hurts.

Finally after much reading I'll gonna use an old sleeping bag as en envelope and strap them on the front table in the bed position. I'll gonna use nylon strap that are gonna be screwed to the frame between 2 coussin.

Unless we were to bring a huge chair, our Kermit chairs fit in the top step to our loft, along with our portable table, a tripod stool, the dog bed and a few other little things.
