I see that you are a runner to just wondering if you run outdoors in the winter months. I live in the state Wisconsin in the USA . We have cold winter to but most likely no where as cold as you have in Alberta Canada. My coldest runs so far this winter has been -01 F degree I usually use 0 F degree as the cut of mark for running out doors in winter. How cold of weather do you run outdoors in and how my layers of clothing do you wear if you are running outdoors in colder weather then I do?
