Thanks for the info. You are correct, not much Verizon coverage at Big Bend... especially at Rio Grande Village, where we stayed. One day we drove to Chisos Basin and I did see that I could get 3G in a couple spots... but there were no camping sites available.

Hi Dolly, I was at Chisos Basin campground. There's not supposed to be any Verizon coverage there at all according to their coverage map, but I did get a couple bars of either 1x or 3G coverage - which varied. I do have a Wilson 4G/3G Trucker Antenna on the trailer roof as well as a Sleek cradle for the MiFi or phone, which probably helped alot. However, I definitely would not count on having any signal in Big Bend if you need internet access for work purposes.
