Hi Carl, funny you mentioned you are interested in a 21.
Wife and I have been discussing selling our less than a year old 21 with one 3 week trip under its belt. It's not for us.

Be happy to talk to you more if you like. We just returned after much back and forth pretty much decided its too big for the two of us. We will have it available first week of October as we have much house re-construction work and an overseas trip between now and then. We live in southern california.
