Description:

Stainless Steel desiccant canister (mounted below magazine rack) absorbs excess moisture in trailer. When inside turns pink, simply heating in an oven reactivates it. See details at h2out.com

Good Morning Lorri (& Ted) - Please tell me about the desiccant canister that you show image #4 of your album. (Name - where did you purchase it?)
You are driving a Tacoma, which I will also be using, do you mirror extension ? Kind ?

Thank You Lorri (& Ted) for your help, time & considerations.

    Sorry for the late response.
Ours is a H2Out space dryer - see h2out.com I picked it up a few years ago at the Chilliwack RV show. (Every few months, when the beads inside turn pink, you just put it in the oven at 250 degrees for a couple of hours and the canister recharges).

For the mirrors for our Tacoma, I purchased the Grand Aero mirrors, based solely on the excellent reviews of them on numerous RV sites. They're easy to attach and stable - my husband says no vibration issues. They are not cheap, about $125.00 but can you put a price on safety? My husband is the one towing the trailer and since he's driven fire trucks, he's used to large vehicles and clearances. But the first time I sat in the Tacoma with the trailer hitched up and looked out the side mirrors, I was shocked - I couldn't see a darn thing! I can't imagine how anyone can drive without extended mirrors and in fact in some states, it's illegal to do so. At the time I was looking to buy the mirrors, the best deal I found was on amazon.com They also came with a cloth bag to store them in when not in use.
