We just haven't used it enough to have it sit in our driveway. We do not smoke and have a little dog that did no damage to the camper. Tires are not worn since we have only taken under 15 trips since we bought it new and only in North Carolina. I have a daughter at the beach and a son in the mountains...and that about summed up our trips. Everything works fine, the awning is not as white as it used to be...that's about it. It's in great shape.

Of course price is negotiable...hard to beat the US/Canada exchange rate, however, I hear it's a long wait and delivery is expensive.
