IWinterizing mistake. When I winterized in the fall, I assumed that the trailer was plumed to completely drain the black and grey tanks. I personally double rinse my tanks at the end of the year. I go to our local state park to do it. When I returned home, I had parked the camper on a angle with the trailer leaning toward the drains. Any water that was left in the tanks did drain toward the valves. With freezing temperatures in December, about a half gallon of water in the drains froze and broke off both valves. I have since learned that the state park concrete pad is was poured angling away from the drains. I thought they were at least level. For now on when I winterize I'll drive on some blocks so I know my tanks are completely empty. Hopefully someone can avoid the problem I had.
