I'm in the process of trying to move from WA to AZ and have only had intermittent internet access for a month while in AZ, so sorry for the delay in responding.
1. The trailer is still available
2. The trailer has been stored in my driveway and under a carport. There isn't a lot of sun in the Pacific NW, and what little sun there is, isn't very strong (its cloudy/rainy here most of the year). So damage from the sun really isn't a problem up here. (Now if the trailer was in Arizona, sun would be a big problem). There are trees nearby, but the trailer isn't under them.
3. I am also sensitive to mold. There is no mold in the trailer. There are no leaks and since the trailer has never been used, there has never been water splashed onto anything inside the trailer. It is dry inside and no mold.

Hi, I live in Loudoun County Virginia; however, my wife and I would like to buy an Escape and tour the Northwest before heading home.

A couple Q’s:
1. Is your 19ft Escape still available?

2. Was the Escape stored in the sun, under a tree, or in some other location?

3. My wife and I are sensitive to mold. Have you experienced mold?
