Hello all. I hate plumbing. I was wondering if anyone has had a low pressure problem in the shower. Specifically the hot water. I noticed that when using the water pump, the pump wouldn’t turn on full throttle while the hot water valve was fully turned on. It would however with the cold water.
So I removed the faucet and inspected it. Nothing unusual. Then I turned on the pump with the faucet still off.
Water shot like a geyser out of the cold pipe. Not so much from the hot water pipe.
I remember Reece traveled the country a few years back and did some preventative work on the bathroom plumbing. Don’t know if there’s any connection. Just wanted to get any thoughts on the matter.
Thanks.
Did I mention I hate plumbing?
Sorry if this a second post. My lack of plumbing skills are only surpassed by my computer skills.
