    HI, the lights on the awning are solar and run all night if they get about 6-7 hrs. of sun light I got them at the Home Hard Ware in Osoyoos B.C

    It is called a California Immobilizer. I bought it from our local utility trailer dealer.

    It's very easy to install and can be hard wired or just plugged into any 12 volt outlet.

    The magazine rack is attached only to the right side wall (after removing the buttons), and on the left side, to the roll-up window shade spool, using small aluminum angle stock. Those toilet valves are a very expensive repair and have been known to crack if the system has not been properly winterized. I installed toilet shut-off valve strictly as a hedge, so if there was ever trouble with the toilet valve I could isolate the problem.
