It looks like the seal on dual pane window might be leaking and condensation got between the panes of glass. We have had that happen to windows in our house. Hard to tell for sure by the pictures.

Do you have water in your freshwater tank? To help prime the water pump, try pouring a cup of water into the water filter screen then screw the cap back on so it is snug.

Great idea, I will plan to do the same. I agree that the current 4 self tapping screws are likely inadequate for the weight of the propane tanks.
