I had to winterize our new 17B after getting it back to Reno, NV... yes, winterizing in April!!! Not sure how anyone else has pumped the rv antifreeze into the system, but this seemed to work well...

Here's the pic of the friction sway control. I find it gives me a little extra peace of mind traveling in our wind-prone location (Eastern Sierras) and when rogue truckers blow by at 75 MPH...

I'm using a Draw-Tite friction-type sway controller. very simple device. I'll post a pic of the setup later today. Seemed to work very well with very little hassle.

The wait is over, we've got her, "Lucky", sitting in our driveway. Installed a friction sway control device (no eq. equipment) at consignment dealership and she pulled beautifully from San Jose, CA...

Thought I'd piggy-back a question onto this thread...

1. Just purchased jeffz's 17' footer!!! We will be picking it up by the end of the week!
2. Trailer has raised axle, so I'm looking at 22.5"...
