Success! Checked the exterior GFCI again and...

Success!

Checked the exterior GFCI again and had no power to it. So, I pushed the reset again and heard it engage and had power at the exterior outlet and the interior outlet that was not working....

I fabricated a larger bracket to move the sticker...

I fabricated a larger bracket to move the sticker further away from the jack and that seemed to work. At least the system was not losing the sticker during my tests after the set up.

With regards to trailer hitch elevation vs the TV ball - I use an "anatomical" measuring device. I check the height of the ball against my leg and then check that against the trailer hitch.
