I pull my 5.0 with a 2018 Tacoma, no worries. But my 5.0 is older, only 1 axle and may have less tongue weight. I love the combination.

Mine is a single axle 5.0, with V6 and a 6 speed manual trans. I had absolutely no power problems on the hills/mountain passes. Did some pretty steep climbs last summer into and over the Big Horns...
