When we went to the end of Baja in our 19, we carried our second spare under the bed. It just fits through the doors and when pushed to the back left lots of room for our clothes storage baskets.

Anyone interested in a Baja Mexico trip October/ November 2019. We have a 2016 Escape 19 towed by a Ram 1500 diesel. We have flown to the Baja a few times but have never driven down.
