We are selling our Escape 19’ trailer. We are the original owners. It has served us well, but it’s time for us to move on to other pursuits, so it is available for a new owner to enjoy.

It is...

While we are on the subject, does anyone have experience with putting 15" wheels on a 19'? If so, how do they fit, and what size tire are you running? I do not have the high lift axle that I believe...

table mod

One of my more successful modifications was to add a horizontal brace to the front table leg. I used aluminum square tubing with a "U" bolt and wingnuts to secure it to the leg. The brace is...

The tool box was a garage sale find without a specific purpose so I started thinking (that's when the trouble always begins). It was a hassle to pull the blocks, chalks, water container, hose,...

We bought a Calmark cover a year ago and it was on the trailer all winter. It has held up very well and I was surprised how clean the top was after that much time. The cover is well made and the...

It is easy to lock the propane tanks on to the trailer using one of the safety chains. It is long enough to pull up and through the handle of one tank, and then over to a lock on the other handle.

Re: Towing capacity question

I have an f150 and a 19’ also. I put a 300 lb. dual sport bike in the truck along with whatever else needs to go in the bed of the truck. I do not use an equalizer hitch and the trailer tows just...

Re: Gas Mileage and Towing w/the Nissan Frontier Truck

We went from a 2001 Ford Explorer 4.0 V6 that was only adequate for pulling the 19' Escape. It could do it, but hills, headwinds, and extra weight were a challenge. We bought a 2011 f150 supercrew...

And for those new to generator maintenance, in addition to running it at least once a month, plug in something that will create a load to "exercise" the generator.
