Noisy Refrigerator Fan

When I turn on the fan from outside, behind the frig the fan sounds very loud. As if it is hitting something. Any thoughts?

We use a RX 350 to tow with and using a WDH we have no problems pulling. The Highlander can be set up for towing 5000lbs. and would be a great choice. Our RX has 3500lbs. rating. We just retired,...
