Thanks for the input guys. I had not thought of the one on the shelf above the window. That one really makes sense.
Probably end up with 3, one on the upper shelf, one on the wardrobe by the front...

My 2008 17b has no 12 volt outlets but I will be installing 2 or more shortly. Where in your experience is the best place to have them or perhaps another question might be where would you prefer them...
