Barry, wherever you are staying, if you download the Sanidump.com app you can search the location and it will tell you where the sanidumps are in that area and if water is available.

If you are in an actual camp ground, there should be water available there. I would think they have a sani-dump and potable water for those not on hookups.
There is a free rest area at Nason Creek...
