A 12 volt compressor fridge should work fine however.
The instructions for my Norcold 12v refig reads, "The refrigerator is made to operate within 10 degrees off level in all directions. While the refrigerator should be level when stopped, performance during travel is not usually affected.:

I have a moderate slope, front to back and an inch side to side. I had some extra deck boards and made these wheel blocks. One side is one deck board, the other as shown is 2 deck boards. I used 2x4’s as wheel stops. The wheels sit somewhat level. I use 4x4 blocks for the tongue Jack more out of convenience so less cranking.

I've had campsites like that (more often the other direction); always fun.

What happened to your propane tanks?
