Power tongue jack

We are new owners of a used 2018 21' ET which came to us with a Lippert components power drive tongue jack. Everything works fine now but I wonder what I could do if drive failed for some reason. Is there some way to manually work the jack up or down? I did not get any paper work about the jack from the previous owner. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Your welcome! If you need it, here is the owners manual.

Once again, thank you very much. I have downloaded the manual to add to my growing stack of resources for the trailer. Thoughtful of you to. respond.

Does the power tongue jack have a wheel on the bottom where it contacts the ground?

No, and if you are considering the 21NE, the tongue weight is high enough that a wheel on the tongue would be useless unless you are on flat, smooth concrete.

Thank you! ETI is starting production on our 21NE soon and this is one of the options we chose.
