Primus IQ vs Prodigy 2?

We're newbies and beginning to sort out options for our 2015 19' Escape, which will be towed by the new Highlander. ETI would install the Primus and from Toyota it's a Prodigy ($185 installed). Appreciate any help. Also, the Anderson hitch?

The P3 should only cost $20 more and it is smaller with a more versatile mount. The other two are fine, but would check out the P3. I didn't think ETI did any brake controller installs.

They don't, at least according to Reace when I visited. They'll sell you one though.

I think they'll make arrangements for it to be installed nearby when you have your orientation.

I suggest using the "Search Site / Google" option of the Search feature near the top of the forum page, plugging in "Primus", and reading the previous discussions.

I'll also note that only the mount is different between typical proportional controller installations (they all use the same wires, and work similarly), so it is not a huge deal to change your mind later and switch controllers.
