That's a shame, Glenn. Like others, I find it far easier to view through mirrors that don't distort.

I'd try ordering from the UK, but Dometic may have a distribution agreement preventing that.

It’s been my experience that the Grand Aeros when clamped down evenly and squared up with the vehicle mirror edge do not fall off or get loose. I often remove mine at night and reinstall in the morning and it only takes a couple minutes. In some parks with heavy traffic like Yellowstone the ranger will ask that you not tour with the mirrors on when you’re not pulling a trailer. I’ve had ours for 5 years or better.

If you often remove them, take a permanent marker & outline the location on the tow vehicle mirror. Makes it easier to put them back without needing to readjust.

We ordered our Milenco's Grand Aero 3 Flats from the UK. Don't recall how much more it cost to get them here, but it wasn't ridiculous.

Just got a set of Grand Aeros (flat, not convex), through Amazon, product cost $72, shipping $20. They shipped internationally, didn't seem too terrible a price. Looking forward to trying them out, next month.

We got them on eBay back in 2017. The seller still has them.

I'm not seeing the Grand Aeros at that price - though I think they were there an hour ago. Did you get the last set? If not, could you provide the link? Thanks!

Oh, okay, these? https://smile.amazon.com/Milenco-Con...gateway&sr=8-4

PS - these come with a handy carrying bag. Not all sellers include the storage bag. Pricing about $78 USD plus $21 shipping

Watch what you are buying. Those are convex.
Below, on the same page, they appear to have flat ( for $120 )

Not to worry! The mirrors I bought on eBay are being sold from Great Britain and are flat rather than convex.

Looks like you've got this one all wrapped up, Ava - good, hope the mirrors work well for both of us!
Happy travels, happy adventures, to you and all

Thanks guys. Already ordered https://www.ramsareus.com/sku/82214909af.html. What I have is Ram 4500 and choose to buy OEM. I saw in your suggestions that it's not even needed but I really do have a hard time changing lanes. How can you guys quickly change a lane while having an rv at the back :O?

My rear view camera works great for this. It is wired to be on when lights are on (ETI's standard setup). If nobody is beside me and I can see the front end of the vehicle in the adjacent lanes, I am in front of that vehicle.

I have the same (well, if Escape is still using the Rear View Safety system) setup. One point - my monitor died outside the warrantee period, and the replacement is $240.00 US. I suspect that one of the lower priced off brand monitors MIGHT link with the camera, but after trying to link a front camera to the RVS monitor without much luck, I decided to go with their replacement.

I bought something similar to these at the Camper World near the Canadian border.
