WDH and locking pins

I am picking up my 2020 21 foot Escape in May of this year. I have a question and a request.

1. I am purchasing the E2 WDH. What is included with it? Do I need the ball hitch attachment to put in my tow vehicle hitch?

2. If any of you have this WDH, would it be possible to include a picture of the hitch of the 21 footer. I would like to know what size locking pin to put through the ball lock clip

Thank you,

You get everything necessary in the E2 package to tow your trailer once it is completely turned over to you.

Thank you,
If you purchase the accessory package it has a Master coupler lock included. So again you would not need to purchase anything else to start enjoying your Escape right away.

Congratulations and get out there and make great memories.

You do, however, need a hitch receiver installed on your vehicle. It needs to be class 3 for a WDH. And of course brake controller and 7-pin wiring.
This is not the E2 but should help you visualize.

More specifically, the receiver needs to be the 2-inch size (if it is class 3 it will almost certainly be 2"), and it needs to be rated for WD use (not all 2" receivers or all Class 3 receivers are).

Both of these items are optional but really help with noise:

Woody,

I recommend these two items too.
