Anybody tried these?

We are due for orientation November 5 for our new 21'.

We want to go back into Canada for a few days to make sure all is good before starting back home to Tennessee.

Had anybody stayed in:
Cottonwood Meadows RV Country Club?
Eagle Wind RV Park?

We want to go to Vancouver and around Chilliwack to explore.

Any advice or other choices?

Thanks!

We stayed at Cottonwood Meadows a few weeks ago when we went to look at Escape's showroom. Nice sites and clean facilities. Very convenient to Escape- it's the same exit, but the other side of the highway. The place has more perms than it used to, and fills up when there's something going on Tourism Center/Heritage Park next door.

Yes, we stayed in Eagle Wind once. It's a relatively new park with large sites, readily accessible from the Trans-Canada (Highway 1). There is some background noise from the highway, but not bad given how close it is. For a cold season visit, I'll note that the pool is outdoor, and so available only in summer, although they might run the hot tub all year.

If you're going back and forth from Vancouver it's not really close, but there are probably no better choices. Burnaby Cariboo RV Park is more central, but it's stuck between highways and rail lines, so it's not as quiet.

There is also Capilano River RV Park which is located under the Lions Gate Bridge. You could walk to a bus stop and go downtown or to Park Royal shopping centre. It is pricey and cramped.
