We're looking for a place to spend probably one night either in or near Indianapolis. We are hunkered down on the Illinois Iowa border for the long weekend but were thinking of leaving Sunday if we can figure out a place to stay. State parks are full so it would need to be an easy on easy off kind of RV Park. Any suggestions?
The KOA in Greenfield (east) is a nice family run park, we stayed there this year before the 4th of July on the the 31st/1st and they had a great fireworks show the night of the 1st. Very convenient to visit Indy...

Strike while the iron is hot. Live every day as if it were your last and one day you will be right.
Turns out everything is filled and the KOAs want three day stays even if we went on Sunday; So we'll probably not leave Illinewik until Tuesday and then may head to the KOA in Greenfield -- easy on easy off -- Fort Wayne appears to be off our direct route home but I'd love to see a place with that name. Thanks for the help.
