Kirk Creek Campground, Big Sur, CA

Had a nice visit. Every spot here has a view and the view is awesome!
Just keep an eye out for poison oak! This is a bit of a drive right now due to a landslide, but it is very worth it! Enjoy

You are correct. We had to drive to Monterey then come south almost to the closure. It was an easy pull and well worth it. The road is supposed to reopen late summer. You can look on the Big Sur chamber of commerce site.
