In October we took a one week trip to Champoeg (Champoeg State Park), Waterloo (Linn County Park), Tumalo (Tumalo State Park), and Maryhill WA (Maryhill State Park).

Very nice, Brian.
We found some nice colours in Southern Idaho and Utah about the same time too. Got a few nice shots.

Great pics! We live 15 minutes from Champoeg and have not camped there, yet. We do like to go there for walks and bike rides and it is a nice area to get outside for awhile. Why is it we don't appreciate the areas close by?
We did go up the McKenzie River in October and really enjoyed the fall colors and hikes. We stay at Belknap Hot Springs Resort and had a fun time. They have RV sites, cabins and a lodge. But the best parts are the two swimming pool size hot springs. Nothing like a good soak after a hike. Pictures are of nearby scenic drives and hikes.
