Other than Good Sams, KOA and Harvest Host, are there any other similar programs someone can join that offer similar services? TIA

those three examples you list offer completely different sorts of services.

Good sam, owned by Camping World, is essentially a towing service, they may offer some minor discounts on various things.

KOA is a chain of very overpriced giant-RV campgrounds.

Harvest Host is an association of small farms and such that offer overnight stays at small farm oriented businesses such as wineries.

Just the social group aspect. The Camping World and RV park discounts etc continue, right?
