Question Trip to Roche Lake

Hi folks:
I was wondering if any of You can help with information about Roche Lake located East of Highway 5A. Between Merritt and Kamloops
First Question: is if there's a Gasoline Station nearby Roche Lake (HWY-5A) where I can load not only Gasoline but also fresh water? Maybe pushing My luck a little further propane...?
Second: I was told that Roche Lake is a nice place to go but if You had any bad experience can You please share with Me to decide if is worth the trip or not?

I thank You in Advance for Your help.

Gclatz.

I see "Skeena" has a picture in the Gallery of Roche Lake.
Maybe send Skeena a message and ask his opinion of Roche Lake.

Roche Lake is only a half hour drive from Kamloops, where you will find gas, water, propane and WallMart.
You don't say why Roche Lake. I've not been there. I prefer small lakes for fly fishing from a pontoon boat or canoe.

gbaglo: Than You very much for the info, I was hoping to find a station closer, I will be roaming in My SUV around the lakes, not fishing and mostly doing nothing but watch the scenery.

I doubt there is any place closer, but I don't know that.
