Clip Holding Window Blinds?

This clip fell from the window when I was putting the screen back onto the window. I must have bumped the blinds or clip. It is a small window behind the kitchen sink on a 2021 21NE. The clip is broken and the other part of it is still attached to what ever it is attached to behind the blinds. I can feel it but not see it.

Thanks Jim, It helps to know what it is called. Now I just need to find one. When I search for "blind clip" on Amazon I get over 1,000 results and as I started through them it became clear I would get frustrated. I guess I need to figure out what brand of blinds I have and approach it from there.

I'd ask the factory first to eliminate 999 of them........

I agree and I have sent an email asking for some help finding the clip. It isn't critical that I find one now but I was thinking that maybe someone has had the same situation and could offer some advice. I expect Escape will get back to me next Monday but I was thinking I could fix it this weekend if I had the part.

If you have a specialty hardware store in your city and a good man or woman on the parts counter, perhaps they could identify your part and either have one in stock or order what you need. Many hardware stores have rows of specialty parts boxes that might contain what you need. Although I have a lot of hardware at home I often have to resort to a trip to the hardware store for an odd size or rarely used part.

BobG
This is the sticker on my blinds in my 2021 21NE. And a picture of the clip. Hope this helps!

Thank You for the help. I was too chicken to take a blind down to search for possible brand information.

On my blinds the sticker is on the back bottom edge. I had my blind off already because I'm putting curtains on. I don't care for the boring shades. :-)

Kathy, Tony,

Yeh, they are boring but I have no creativity so it doesn't bother me much. I can't do any better.

I am thinking that the blinds just twist out of the clips? I am also thinking I need to removed the valence first?

Lol. It does make it easier to remove the valance first. To remove the blind from the clips I pushed the bottom part of the clip away from the blind with my thumbs. I did one clip at a time because they are pretty stiff. Then you can just take the blind off.
