front side window might be leaking?
our 2010 trailer's little front right window might be leaking. Is there maintenance/replacement of the caulking around the windows needed? Is this common?

9 years pretty good . You will have to remove window ,clean up the window and trailer body . Plastic putty knife and acetone does good where needed . The window should have butyl around the window , replace with new . Replace window and you could add just the top and down the sides some clear proflex or similar to help the butyl last a little longer .utube is your friend to see the the process . Pat

On our 2010 we got water into the inner channel of one of then windows when we drove for several hours in a heavy rain and windstorm once. The small slot drains on the bottom of the window on the outside had become plugged with leaf debris and dirt. We cleaned them up and made sure they were draining when we got home. We also installed the vinyl window gutters over all the windows and paid attention to not letting the channel drains get plugged again. That did it for us. I’d check this possibility first. YMMV

Could run water down the window and check for leaks . It could just be a little section of butyl missing . Pat

I doubt it would be missing for close to 10 years and not leak before. Besides removal to check you may as well replace all the butyl tape with new.

Jim the butyl does degrade in time . I mentioned that to get a idea exactly where the leak is . Of course you need to replace all the butyl around the window I think I already said that.
I had to just do that on the roof to the power bath fan . Leak in shower from fan . Only after a few years . Sealing the top and sides of the window helps after you replaced the butyl last a little longer . Pat

Yes, and like others have said, after installing new butyl around you also seal the top with proflex...just as you say....

Yes, you need to keep an eye on the caulking around each window. I had a small leak in my 2010 where the caulking had hardened and separated a bit from the front window. I just scraped off the old caulking and put down fresh Pro Seal. If your short on time, this might be good solution to stop your leak, at least short term. I ended up scraping and replacing the caulking on all the windows.
