I bought a blue crow bar, roughly 5”-6” and around $5 at Home Depot. Works great. Just fit it into the small slot under one of the lug “bumps” on the hubcap and pry. I started with a screwdriver and got scratches on the wheel. The mini crow bar leaves no marks and is much easier.

I am not sure they still carry my bar, but this link is similar. I would be sure the width of the curved end would fit the hubcap slot-Max 5/8” width.

Put a piece of cardboard between screwdriver/pry tool and wheel or you will likely chip the paint. My experience.
