Storage shed

Hello,

Our 17B is now complete and we will be picking the trailer up in the next few weeks - just in time for the rainy season here on the west coast. We purchased the trailer cover that Escape offers but we wonder if this will be enough on its own. As the cover is not waterproof we were thinking of buying one of those pop up type shelters. Does anyone have a recommendation for one? Sounds like getting a small space heater or two isn’t a bad idea as well. Also what is the best way to vent the trailer while in storage for the winter? We do not have the frameless awning style windows so it guess it would be a roof vent or the escape window. This is our first trailer so we want to get it right the first time!

Thanks.

Check municipal bylaws before buying the shelter.

We have a Shelter Logic pop up shelter that we use for a cook shack / storage room during deer hunting . ( Cost approx $400 ) It works quite well but you will need to clean the snow off it during the winter and it is not a long term solution ( About 3 to 5 years and the cover is shot)

On the North Shore we get 3 times the rain you do in Delta. The basic cover works for us.
