Escape euphoria

We made it to Chilliwack!. I delivered the fiver on on Wednesday morning and picked her up on Friday. High tail lights, bathroom window, screen room, replaced the emergency escape window and the door gasket. I could not be more pleased. The only thing they could not do was add inside ceiling lights.
Kim and the crew were great. Because my message did not go through, I showed up on Monday afternoon-completely unexpected. There was about 30 seconds of confusion and then they went into action and worked me in to their incredibly busy schedule.
I love my Escape and the people who build them.
Dick

We are spending the weekend at the Royalwood campground/golf resort.
Pros: $30 a night with full hook ups and free wifi. Easy to get in to. Very quiet so far. Individual, clean wash rooms. Great views over top of the sun blockers. Right next to the driving range and golf course (if you golf). 5 minutes from Escape.
Cons: trailer park atmosphere (seasonal and permanent units), showers are 1 loonie for 4 minutes (I usually prefer campground showers).

We spent the first night at Cottonwood. It is a prettier campground, but I think I like this one better if only for the price.

Dick

Ask the owner for a 10% discount. He gave us one because we bought a trailer made in his town.

Hi Dick

Guess we saw your 5.0 too early, now you've made those great improvements

We've still not decided although think we may actually go smaller, perhaps a 17b, you may remember we were looking at 19 or 5.0. We are moving to MB next week even though our house in ON hasn't yet sold, thus gotta hold off on Escape purchase. I'm hoping to work until end of year, meanwhile Beth will be in NW ON in Sept for one grandchild arriving, then Nov. in NC for the next, and finally back home in MB where our son and daughter in law are expecting their fourth child in Feb. - we go from four to seven grandkids this year

Have a great trip back to VA!

Adrian (and Beth)

MV = I don't know - is it in this thread?
ON = Ontario - we live here now
NC = North Carolina - our daughter is there
MB - Manitoba - where we're moving and one son lives
NW - goes together with ON = Northwest Ontario - it's a big province and we designate areas within it - specifically in our case - Thunder Bay where one son lives
VA = Virginia where Dick lives

How do you like your 17b?

The 17b is just fine for the two of us. We often scoop up our Grandson and he sleeps on the lowered front dinette.
