buying USED from Canada bringing back to US

Can anyone give your experience buying a used trailer private sale from Canada and bringing back to the US?, required paperwork and the process-thanks in advance...

Easy. Google it- I recently posted a link though don’t have it right now. You just need the title and bill of sale, and there is an import form. Too long ago for me to remember the number of the form though.

One of the biggies is that it has a sticker placed by the manufacturer stating that it meets all Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards in effect at the time of manufacture. I think the Canadian manufacturers dual label their trailers from day one with wording acceptable to both the US and Canada, but that will be a concern.
