May I ask why you're selling after only a year? I have been tracking Escapes with the hope of buying new or used someday, but don't want to experience buyer's remorse.

We won't go into the asking price increase from a year ago - that's all about supply and demand.

Keeping the trailer in a garage out of the weather is huge, if one can do it.
I can keep an eye on it and it stays dry and out of one of the longest winters I can remember….

I’m getting a lot of interest especially from potential new Escape owners.
Lots of questions about towing this unit without a pick up! Very interesting..

I'm just a legitimate owner. My 2012 came with a 95W solar panel. 1600 watts of solar would be sticking out every which way from the roof! Impossible at today's level of technology.

I agree about the storing indoors, our 2014 has spent most of it's life stored indoors when not in use and is still pretty shiny. Someone should be very excited, they have an awesome ne travel trailer.

I don't have a garage but do keep it covered when not in use because I live in Southern California and the sun can do havoc to fiberglass. My 2017 still shines like new thanks to that cover. Glad to see your trailers sale pending. someone got lucky.
