For Sale by 2nd Owner, Late model Gen 1. One of the last with retro styled RV door. Both the original owner and myself live in SoCal and I believe it has only been used in SoCal & AZ (other than the trip home from BC). The original owner used the trailer quite lightly and we have used it about quarterly for the last 3 years. Exterior and interior are very clean. It is a pet free, smoking free, and fragrance free unit. Only non-toxic cleaning products have been used on the interior. We do not wear shoes in the unit. I have had the exterior detailed and polished 3 times. Tires were replaced in early 2021 (tires date codes are 40/20) with Goodyear Endurance and bearing greased. New chrome center caps, acorn bolts, and valve stems installed. Awning fabric and propane tank cover replaced. Batteries upgraded to AGM 6v units. It has been a great unit and sad to see it go. With a growing family we upgraded to a Bigfoot Class C 30MH29G Motorhome.
