diesel truck and 5.0 TA together

Hello, i will be selling both the truck and 5.0 TA in the next few months. Just want to get a feel if there are any interest here in this forum. I am going to get a bigger truck and a bigger 5th wheel. I live in central California, but currently working in central Arizona. I can sell the trailer first, around $45k. Or make an offer. But trailer not available until after early or mid May, 2022. I will live in it in April and May until i finish a contract job.

2021 5.0 TA. First owner, purchased 03/2021.
* U shaped dinette (adjustable), upgraded AC w/heat, two external shower, manual awning
* additional 110v, numerous USB, USB-C install by Escape, some by me. Additional LED lights added by Escape. No TV. No microwave.
* frameless windows, upgraded door lock w/keypad
* flush toilet (it was compost toilet, i changed it to flush)
* 3 x 100 watt Renogy solar panel (by me)
* Victron bluetooth dc-dc charger (installed by Escape)
* Victron bluetooth solar charger 100/30 (by me).
* Portable solar panel input (when the roof solar panels are under a cover)
* Lithium battery 100AH
* 2000w (or 1500w ? ) inverter by Escape
* SeeLevel II monitor (installed by me)
* 12v heat pad w/temp sensor under the tanks with manual switch (by me)
* 4 wired cameras
* 2 inch lift

************************************************** ***********

2017 GMC Canyon SLE Diesel 4WD, short bed, Anderson hitch rail style
* max towing capacity is 7500 lbs, payload is 1500 lbs or so.
* 67k miles, 2nd owner, i bought it at 15k miles 3 years ago
* More than 95% are highway miles.
* overall MPG since i own the truck is 26.1 mpg, including about 2500 miles of towing
* before i started towing, MPG was 27.3 mpg overall, on long road trips without towing i typically get 29-31 mpg. If i cruise at 60mph, i've seen 35-37 mpg over long distance.
* i get 18-21 mpg when towing the Escape 5.0 TA, but i drive slow (usually 60 mph)
* I installed aftermarket transmission cooler, oil catch can
* 4 new all-terrain tires are about 3k miles old
* Transfer case, diff oil, transmission fluid, replaced at 35k or so
* engine oil replaced every 3.5k- to 5k miles
* diesel fuel filter replaced twice, engine air filter replaced twice at least
* Tri-fold hard tonneau cover
* truck rack (for carrying kayaks)
* Both tonneau cover and truck racks can be used at same time
* cloth seats, interior are in very good condition, everything works, no pets/kids
* no dents, no collisions, very little scratch, i am very careful where i park the car

***********************
Truck tows this trailer easily, except on steep uphill. I would drive at 40mph or so up the hill. I have towed 2 other 3000 lbs behind the bumper trailers before I bought the 5.0TA. And the 5.0TA is easier to tow than the other trailers even if its 1000 lbs heavier. I will be spending more time living in a trailer, so i want something bigger with sofa and slide-out and these trailers are 5800-7300 lbs (light weight 5th wheel). It's the reason why i am selling them.

I am looking for about $75k for both, or make me an offer, and ask me question in email. fchen7@gmail.com
I have title to both truck and trailer

Sent a previous Quick Reply, but apparently it did not go through. We are interested in your rig and may be in Arizona while you are still there. Let me know if t you get this.

PapaD (Dave),

Did you connect on the 5.0 TA?

Are you selling your 19? We are looking for one.

Thanks,

Charlie
