By fully loaded do you mean every possible option? Solar? Insulated windows? Foam insulation underneath? Etc.?

It doesn't have solar or foam, but it does have insulated windows and double battery.

You are correct. In 2015, the furnace was moved to the cabinet by the bed. There was a big flap about it back then as some felt t was taking away storage. Maybe it does but having the the furnace centrally located heats the trailer more evenly, and it is nice to have the extra heat by the shower. At least that’s my opinion. Loren

when we had to run the heat last time my wife was camping, we apprecated how QUIET it was that far away from the bed... but it wasn't /that/ cold of a night, and a few minutes of running at bedtime took the chill out of the whole trailer, and I don't think it came on again until dawn.

They had to relocate the furnace because the one they had been using was discontinued, and its replacement didn't fit in/under/around the dinette bench. Moving the furnace to the drawer stack was going to take out two drawers. Several of us expressed concern (squawked) so Reace raised the height of the stack and was able to add back one of the lost drawers. It's a happy compromise (IMHO).

ah, that makes sense. we do use the storage under the dinette benches for bulky things like extra blankets, and having the heater there pushes this stuff farther back where its harder to reach.
