We are selling our 2020 Escape 21NE. I am a medical student and used it when I was posted for short intervals in other states. My year of these specific clinical rotations are now at an end, so we have decided to sell our beloved trailer.

The trailer is a 2020 Escape 21NE that we picked up at the Canadian border in August 2020. It is not yet one year old.

We have taken excellent care of our Escape trailer. The floor has never actually been walked on (since we have protective Gorilla rugs) and the dinette cushions have been covered the entire time. I've used fiberglass wash and wax on it monthly. I have an upgraded mattress in it and have added quite a few amenities and upgrades (see list below).

When we ordered the trailer from Escape, we went all out on upgrades.

To serious inquiries, I can provide the Bill of Sale (which is also a build sheet) listing all of these upgrades.

I have some photos posted below and will post photos of the interior shortly.

The options we chose for the trailer are:
Interior: Maple
Floor: Havana Tobacco
Cushions: full wrap “Summit Ash”
Decals: Battleship Gray

To highlight a few of the more expensive upgrades:

Factory Add-Ons / Upgrades:
3-burner oven
Two-way (electric and propane, or mixed) Suburban water heater
7 Cu. Ft Norcold Fridge (three wa: electric, propane, battery-great with our lithium setup)
1500W inverter connecting to all outlets
Extra USB ports all around
2 x 190 watt solar panels
Zamp external solar port wired to regulator
Surge protector
Power awning
Air Conditioning with Heat Strip (puts out heat) & digital thermostat
Wireless backup camera
Frameless thermal windows
Frosted window upgrade in bathroom (frameless, thermal)
High-lift axel
Power tongue jack
Spray foam insulation underneath
2 x 12V heat pads (auto temp controlled, one on fresh water, one on gray tank)
Storage box on front of trailer
Springfield marine pedestal for dinette
E2 FastWay Integrated Sway Control and Weight Distribution Hitch
Trailer cover (never used)

Other Upgrades Added and Included (not willing to remove anything)
300 amp hour lithium Battle Born battery system with Victron components professionally installed by Victron-trained professionals (amazing stuff) with bluetooth monitoring US $6000 Package
Tire Minder System US $350 value
AMLock Hitch Lock US $300 value
Professionally designed and computer cut winter skirting system US $1900 value (wraps around entire trailer as needed in winter months -- trailer can function below 0-degrees F)
WeBoost Cellular Data Extender $650 value
Bluetooth 2 x propane tank level monitors
Dinosaur electronics upgraded furnace circuit board (the Dometic ones are terrible)

The only “issues” with the trailer include a recall on a a piece for the stove fan and oven. The stove and oven are still completely functional. We are awaiting parts from Dometic. Additionally, one extra light near the dump tank valve on the outside of the trailer was disconnected due to a wiring issue. Finally, I have replaced the sail switch in the furnace and the circuit board. It works great now! I’ve just had all of the wheel bearings repacked, so its ready to roll!

I wish to be completely open and clear to any potential buyers. The base cost of the trailer new was US $41,455 and the total gear that I added on / upgraded is more than US $10,000.

The trailer is available for pick up from July 20, 2021 onward in Oregon.

The full sale price of this Escape 21NE is US $45,000, which is very firm given the upgrades and current market value. We would work with a buyer on terms, such as a non-refundable initial deposit to begin the sale process. We would also recommend having dedicated full-value insurance specific to the Escape (not just tow vehicle insurance) at the time of pickup.

We are currently located in Oregon and may be able to arrange a showing to any serious buyer. I took out a partial loan to pay for the trailer. So, there is is lien holder on this trailer. I spent an hour on the phone with my bank to clarify the most straight-forward transaction process. I now understand the options. I am willing to discuss with any potential serious buyers. It is fairly straight forward.

We really look forward to a special person taking care of this little beauty : )

PLEASE SEE OTHER PHOTOS OF THE INTERIOR BELOW!
Hello,

I see the sale is pending. If that doesn't work out, I would love to have a chance to buy this trailer. I'm in Eugene, Oregon and can pay cash. If possible to see it, let's make arrangements.

Thank you.
Christine
