2014 Escape Trailer Rally List of Attendees

Hello Everyone,

It is that time to begin verifying our list of attendees.

We currently have 76 confirmed registrants for the rally (Please see below). If you have registered for the rally but your name(s) do not appear below please let us know.

If you are thinking of coming don't wait too long as there are only 30 sites left (N'Kmip has increased our reservations to 108).

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon.

I apologize for the delay in posting the updated numbers however, I was out of the office for two weeks.

Please find our most recent list of attendees. They are now listed alphabetically by last name. Please let me know if there are any errors or mistakes that need to be corrected.

I've got it downloaded, but how do I get it to print with the home addresses on the same page as the name and trailer size?

You can't Glenn. The PDF needed to be created as a landscape doc, rather than portrait. Then everything fits on one line across the page.

Print pages 1, 5 - at 2 pages per sheet, vertical. Repeat for other pairs of pages. Voila.

That only works if your printer driver has that in the properties. My 'el cheapo HP does not. YMMV

Donna, that is a feature in Adobe Reader print, not the printer driver. That is how it will work for me anyway.

Okay Jim. I'm using Adobe Pro XI, not the free reader. Everything is from the printer driver. Sigh. Who says throwing money at something is better? DANG.

I skipped a few details without noticing, let's try again. Thanks for pointing that out, Jim. This should work for most people.
Save the PDF and open in Adobe reader if your browser settings do not open PDF's with Adobe.
Select the print function.
Print pages 1,5,2,6,3,7.
Select Multiple under Page sizing & handling
- 2 pages per sheet
- horizontal
Choose Portrait orientation (results in 2 pages side by side in the preview), 3 pages total.
If you have the pro version, you might need to rebuild the pdf, reordering the pages, but this works in the free reader (Adobe reader XI) for me with Windows 7.
