Great to see your photos, Robert. Looks like a great place, and at least has lots of water if no trees.

Would sure like to make it there some day. In a few years we plan to do a tour that way, and would love to take in some rallies along the way.

I think I recognize Rob & Robbie's rig... and yours, Robert. I don't know enough peops in this group - who's the Aggie with the 5.0 TA? And the bare naked 21 with the hybrid Canadian-American flag? (You don't have to answer, if they wish to remain anonymous.)

It was indeed a gorgeous day. We drove up to San Saba...

The 5.0 TA is "Texas Style" - and it belongs to Jackie and Pam Erickson - the organizers of the rally. They recently sold their 5.0 and moved up to the TA - and they're forum regulars. The naked 21 - name escapes me. I'm swinging by there tomorrow and I'll let you know.

Here's the welcome sign for the 21 in question:

Nice couple out of Houston.

And a freshly minted 21 just pulled in this afternoon. John and Heather from Houston - really nice Navy Blue graphics, rust colored upholstery and white countertops. Very nice folks. They took delivery in early November.

That really looks like a nice place to stay. We are hoping to get down that direction in early March before heading west for the Texas hill country. Loren

The "naked" 21 belongs to Gary and Marlene Vanlith. They are now from the Dallas, TX area. They were from Ontario before we Texans stole them...

Thanks for all the pictures. I'm sorry we missed it. Will definitely try to be there next year.
