This will be boneless pork loin, slow cooked with onions and bbq sauce in ginger ale. We'll have buns for a sandwhich or just use a fork to get what you need for a balanced poutine plate. Breakfast potatoes will be
Canadian grown, bought locally, don't need a hassle at the border.
