I was at the presentation yesterday also and agree with David’s overall summary. Good work David!

I will add that Karl is energetic, detail oriented, full of ideas, and very focused on customer service. I believe he is strongly committed to the ETI business model of direct to customer sales and customization. It was imbedded in everything he said.

I was tempted to make Reace's 5.0 my 5th but decided against it.
